Pour a cup of coffee, grab one of the many books about Dallas on the living room shelf, and have a seat on the sunny patio to plan a day of exploring. Concrete floors and modern furnishings conjure a radiant, energized aura within this apartment. The front yard, private courtyard, and of course the unit itself. There is nothing else onsite to have access to. The apartment is attached to our main house but separated you the garage so there are no adjoining walls. We see most of the guests in the drive way coming and going but it’s very private otherwise. Located in the Cityplace neighborhood between Uptown and Knox-Henderson, you are minutes away from Downtown, Oak Lawn, East Dallas, Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum as well as Highland Park and North Park Mall. Biking would be easy but I wouldn’t attempt to walk to any of the restaurant or shopping areas. They are close but a bit more than a walk. We have private parking dedicated to the air bnb unit. There is also plenty of street parking always readily available. The apartment is attached to my main house. Typically we are gone on the weekends but always available via phone or text. It is completely separate from our house and has a key box for easy entry. The location is amazing. Its blocks from Lower Greenville, blocks from Knox/Henderson area, minutes from downtown and Deep Ellum, located in Uptown Dallas just behind Uptown LA Fitness and Uptown Kroger, across the highway from West Village, and its about 5 minutes from Oak Lawn. It has easy access to Highway 75, Hwy 45 (Houston), North Texas Tollway, and Hwy 35E.
